We had our wedding on 5/27/23 and had Sara Fitzpatrick as our wedding planner/coordinator at Lauxmont Farms in Wrightsville, PA…..Sara met with us for our final consultation at Lauxmont Farms, took the time to really understand our vision and to follow up on any questions we had. Sara was always professional, caring and always had fast responses. She made everything run smoothly the day of the wedding and leading up. One thing as a bride I was very concerned about was decoration setup and vendor timelines. Sara made sure she had everything she needed to ensure my vision came to life. I can honestly say everything was what I imagined for my wedding. She checked on me the entire day and night up until she left and she made sure everything was organized. Due to her help, I felt less stressed on my wedding day and felt comfortable on allowing her to take over all the decorations. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for her and her team. The wedding day was everything I hoped for and she made sure everything ran smoothly. She even made sure I had some time to myself before walking down the aisle and to breathe a little bit from all of the picture taking! If you are thinking about hiring a wedding coordinator, she is the one!

I can’t even begin to put into words how great Alisa was on our wedding day. We hired Alisa as a day of coordinator and we were so relieved that we did! Alisa put together a wedding day timeline that worked perfectly with what we had envisioned. She personally coordinated with all of our other vendors making sure that they were all where they needed to be when they needed to be. On wedding day, she was beyond helpful. At one point a button on my suit jacket popped off and she even had a sewing kit and sewed the button back on for me!! At another point, I forgot my vow book at our hotel, and while we were doing photographs she ran back to the hotel and got it for me! It was things like this that made me realize it would have been a huge mistake to not have Alisa there on our wedding day. She made it so that on our wedding day we were able to forget about all the months and months of planning that we put into it and just have fun. She took care of all the little details. My wife and I are so thankful for her help. If you are looking for a great wedding coordinator, you will absolutely not be disappointed with Alisa!

Alisa was wonderful to work with and I am so grateful we had her for my wedding day. She is so sweet, organized, and goes above and beyond. I cannot say enough great things. Our special day would not have been the same without her and Sarah. I would highly recommend choosing Alisa as your wedding planner!

Alisa was an absolute LIFE SAVER on my husband and I’s day. Looking back I know I couldn’t have done our day without her. She was on top of everything, always asking me questions before I even had a chance to even think about it! Alisa is truly a gift and you would be silly not to hire her to help you with your own wedding. She is very personable and attentive to detail. I always loved our chats leading up to the wedding and looked forward to our meetings. Alisa is a beautiful person inside and out and I am so lucky to have met a person like her!

Alisa was such a wonderful coordinator. We hired her for partial planning, and she was helpful every step of the way. I am very type A and was very hands on in the planning process, so I knew I wanted someone I could trust to take some of the weight off of my shoulders. Alisa was perfect for this. She answered any and all questions I had throughout the process, and she handled all problems that came up on the day of. I was able to relax on my wedding day and not worry because I knew we were in good hands.

If you are looking for a wedding coordinator look no further! We had Sarah for our 9/25 wedding, along with her assistant Juliana and they were phenomenal! Sarah asked me for some inspiration pictures for decor, and while I was getting hair and makeup done, they transformed our venue into a dream! They brought our vision to life! It rained the entire morning leading up to our ceremony and Sarah kept me calm and then dried off the seats for the ceremony and moved our outside decor outside. She and her assistant made sure our day ran flawlessly! I don’t know what we would have done without them! Hiring them was worth every penny and then some! They truly made our wedding day that much more perfect and memorable!

If I could give a 10/5 star, I would. Alisa was wonderful during our phone call. She got to understand what my fiancé and I wanted, and the type of wedding we were looking to have. She was so sweet and a great listener. Sarah was our coordinator for the day of, and OH MY GOSH was she wonderful. I quite literally could not have done it without her. She was so organized, kind, and easy to talk to. I didn’t get to eat much during the day of the wedding, so halfway through photos, Sarah grabbed me a plate of appetizers and a drink so I got a second to breathe. It was so thoughtful of her. She also consistently checked in with me to see if there was anything I needed that she could do for me. I could not have asked for a better person to assist me. She truly loves what she does, and it shows. I am so, so thankful that I was able to work with her. The day went so smoothly, and it is because of Sarah! I cannot recommend Alisa Marie Co enough!

Our coordinator Sarah and her assistant Aubrie absolutely MADE our wedding day what it was. They made sure none of our table cloths were wrinkled (my number one priority haha!!) and took care of every aspect of our event set up. Immediately after our ceremony they were ready for us with our signature drinks and snacks from our cocktail hour. They made sure we got every photo shot we were hoping for and took care of coordinating the many moving parts of our wedding day. Sarah & Aubrie made sure every aspect of our day was taken care of and that we didn’t have a worry in the world. I would book them 100 times over, our day wouldn’t have been what it was without them. Thank you Sarah & Aubrie!!
